Added files for integration into ImageCMS 3.x/4.x
File authentication uses authorization ImageCMS, checks for the session, as well as the user has backup permision. Ie if you enter into the admin area of the ImageCMS, you can enter into dumper without entering the password.
Integration replaces built-in backup module, located in the menu System -> Backup copying.
Checked in ImageCMS version 3.4.7.84 and 4.0.0b
