Fix recovery in cases where the first entry in the table more than 64 KB.
Fix for problems importing with timeout, as well as the management of import process.
Fix triggers export/import for MySQL 5.0.
Since the new version is already quite stable, the next version will be Release Candidate, and will be available to import "foreign" dumps.
