New versions Sypex Dumper 2.0.10 and Sypex Dumper Pro 2.0.10.

Added support for PHP 5.4.

Fixed handling of tables in which the columns use a different character set.

Improving safety.

Some minor code changes.

Currently in development Sypex Dumper 3, which will be a significant changes. Dropped compatibility for old browsers (new interface HTML 5), also not support older versions of PHP and MySQL (minimum PHP 5.2 and MySQL 5).
