Added files for integration into Drupal 7 and PunBB 1.4

File authentication uses authorization Drupal 7 and PunBB 1.4, checks for the session, as well as the user has backup permision. Ie if you enter into the admin area, you can enter into dumper without entering the password.

Checked in ImageCMS version 3.4.7.84 and 4.0.0b
