Integration into PHP-Fusion 7.x

Added files for integration into PHP-Fusion 7.x.

File authentication uses authorization PHP-Fusion, checks for the session, as well as the user has administrator rights. Ie if you enter into the admin area of the PHP-Fusion, you can enter into dumper without entering the password.
By default, the dumper will be installed in the directory "administation".

Checked in PHP-Fusion version 7.01.01
